Tickets for Defqon.1 2027 are sold by Q-dance. The festival takes place on 24-27 June 2027 in Biddinghuizen in the Netherlands. Here are the ticket types, how the ticket sale works and what you need to know before you buy. The information is as of 15 October 2026 and comes from Q-dance.
Ticket types
- Weekend: the festival and the campsite from Thursday to Monday morning, with The Gathering on Thursday. You bring your own tent.
- Premium Weekend: a weekend ticket with access to Premium areas and premium facilities.
- Day tickets for Friday, Saturday or Sunday. They are only valid for the festival grounds on that day.
There are no Premium day tickets and no day tickets for Thursday. A regular ticket cannot be upgraded to Premium afterwards.
When do Defqon.1 tickets go on sale?
According to Q-dance, the sale for Defqon.1 2027 opens in three steps:
- 27 October 2026: priority access for Q-dance DEDIQATED members.
- 29 October 2026: sale of Travel & Stay packages.
- 31 October 2026: general sale.
Since 1 October you can make a wishlist at Q-dance, but it does not reserve any tickets. During the sale you may end up in a queue before you get into the shop. You can buy at most 2 tickets per order in the DEDIQATED sale and at most 9 in the general sale. Many people kept their tickets from 2026, so Q-dance says there are limited tickets left.
Tickets from the cancelled 2026 edition
Defqon.1 2026 was cancelled because of extreme heat. Anyone who had bought a ticket from Q-dance could choose to keep it for 2027 or get their money back. Those who kept their ticket have the same ticket type in 2027 and do not have to pay more if the price goes up. Read more on the Defqon.1 2026 page.
Age limit, ID and wristband
You must be 18 or older. Bring your original passport, ID card or driving licence. A copy is not accepted. All tickets for 2027 must be personalised. Your ticket is the festival wristband (the Legendary Bracelet), which is also how you pay at the festival. Q-dance will announce later how the wristbands are sent out or collected.
Travel packages with Coretours
If you travel from Sweden, Denmark or Norway, you can buy a travel package from Coretours, Q-dance's official travel partner in Scandinavia. The packages are available as bus trip only, bus trip with a Weekend ticket or bus trip with a Premium Weekend ticket, and a camping spot is included in the packages with a ticket.
